.Calvert Controls is excited to announce a significant development in the career of Field Operations Director Robert Stuckey.

After eight years of dedicated service, Stuckey will embark on a new chapter in January as he assumes a leadership role at Jackson Mechanical‘s new branch in Dallas, Texas.

One of the promises we make to every member of our team is that we will give them the experiences and opportunities to take their career to the next level.

We’re sorry to see Stuckey leave, yet at the same time thrilled for what awaits him in Dallas. The good news is that he’ll remain part of our extended family

Jackson Mechanical, like Calvert Controls, is part of the Astra Service Partners Network. The companies within this network work collaboratively and, when opportunities arise, we know there is a vast collection of talent within Astra.

In announcing the move to the Calvert Controls team, President Marianne Bell wrote:

“Stuckey has been a fundamental pillar at Calvert Controls for the past 8 years. Always grounded, centered, encouraging, and reliable, he has helped support all of us at some point in our lives.

“Look around at your teammates — how many of us are here at Calvert because of him? How many of us did he personally hire, promote, mentor, believe in, elevate, and push because he knew we could do better?

“It’s undoubtedly apparent that Stuckey has devoted SO MUCH of him to all of us over years. It is now our turn to give back to him and support him as he starts a new chapter in his life and with his career.”

Stuckey has held various roles during his time at Calvert Controls, including Install Division Manager, Director of Operations, Sales Director and Field Operations Director. The constant has been his passion for the work, his connection with his team and our clients, and his drive to challenge himself to make an impact and leave Calvert Controls better than he found it.

“I extend my heartfelt thanks to this incredible team at Calvert Controls,” ‘Stuckey said. “As I embark on a new opportunity within the Astra network, I carry the lessons learned and cherish the collaborations we’ve shared. Looking forward to continued success together.”

All of us at Calvert Controls wish Stuckey nothing but the best in this new adventure. It’s been an honor and a pleasure to work with him. We know that his new colleagues in Dallas are in for a treat.

In the meantime, we’ll enjoy these next few weeks with him as we all work together to make this transition as smooth as possible for all involved.

And when the year runs out, along with his time at Calvert Controls, we’ll all raise a glass to Rob Stuckey!
