POSITION OVERVIEW
The Administrative Support staff is responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties as needed to maintain a smooth flow of operations for the business. Duties include but are not limited to creating documents, maintaining a clean, organized office space and environment, and ensuring guests have a top-notch experience while visiting Calvert Controls. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Greeting all visitors; ensure they experience top-notch customer service
• Maintenance Contract job setup and renewals entered in system
• Answer phones and routing all calls to proper departments
• Sign for deliveries
• Request and maintain all company COI’s (certificates of insurance) and W-9
• Incoming and outgoing mail daily
• Maintaining a clean and organized “front of the house” and conference rooms
• Maintain inventory and re-stock office/kitchen supplies
• Company event planning
• Assisting Administrative Leader with fleet
• Updating and maintaining the company employee directory
• Creating and distributing documents, memos, flyers, and other print and electronic files
• Scanning and filing documents
• Assisting with IT (YODEK, phones, computers, printers, etc)
• All other duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able exercise independent judgment and discretion and perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Flexibility to work productively both solo and as a team member
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn

• STRONG organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Computer proficiency 
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Office is a PLUS 

LICENSING/CERTIFICATION
Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
